👋 Hello everyone,

Indra Nooyi said, "Just because you are comfortable doesn’t mean you should stay there. Growth and comfort do not coexist."

Here are a few resources you might have missed:

📚 Book Summary:

This week's book is "Look Again" By Tali Sharot & Cass R. Sunstein.

This book explores how humans find comfort in patterns and repetition. What feels intimidating today becomes routine tomorrow. Small, incremental changes can reshape behaviors and decisions without us even noticing.

One of my favorite takeaways from the book is this:

"On average, you will be happier if you alter a situation you are thinking of changing: the very fact that you are considering it implies that your current state is not ideal. Perhaps most importantly, the study implies that people are not making as many changes as they should. People wrongly stick with the status quo, even when it is possible and better to try something different."

✅ Actionable advice:

If you are considering a change, this is your clue. Take action! Execute a page from David Allen's "Getting Things Done" and identify the next visible physical activity required to move this change forward—because momentum is the currency of leadership.

Have a great week!
